A Columbus, Ohio native, Tim is an accomplished entrepreneur, financial expert, corporate director and award-winning account executive with over 20 years in the finance industry. Tim has managed billions of dollars for the world's top banking institutions while increasing profits an average of eight percent a year. Tim has personally raised $100,000,000 in capital for a number of successful businesses including a flagship hotel, health care facility, winery and a 250 unit apartment building.
As a corporate banker, Tim managed, trained and developed hundreds of new sales representatives. His financial savvy and sharp management skills enabled him to master every aspect of bank lending, management and mortgage operations. As a result, Tim has consulted for many Fortune 500 banks across the country handling their mortgage needs on the secondary market.
Tim's organizational skills led him to develop banking procedures for collections, investment management and loan structuring. He has originated thousands of commercial, personal and mortgage loans through his career and worked with many families and businesses to restructure cash-flow for financial growth.
